"An Oasis for the Entire Family" - This basement overhaul included a new: gym, sauna, steam room, theater, kitchenette, playroom & bathroom. The gym is the main showpiece and features a glass curtain wall that give the space a hip/commercial vibe, with the added comfort, privacy & convenience of working out at home. This transparent wall also provides a clear view of the kiddos in the playroom that sits just outside of the gym.  The remaining gym walls have a unique wood slat + mirror feature that softens the space. A custom steam room/shower, sauna & walk-through dressing room connect the gym with a brand-new modern bathroom, complete with a floating vanity & a private water closet. The playroom was left open, so that it can be adapted down the road for the changing needs of this growing family. A really fun detail the builder included is the under-stair playhouse with a custom cottage facade & door. Last but not least is the enormous home theater with custom terraced platform seating, an A/V room & an adjacent kitchenette.
